It would not be worth it in the end to look for a contractor who will charge you with cheap labor rates but cannot assure you of the quality of their work. As long as you have the confidence that the builder can come up with the exact look, feel and quality of the home that you want to get built, then the charges that they will pass on to you should be worth it.
